D Generates

One of the most underrated punk bands from the early 90's was the band D Generation. They mixed glam and punk to their garage sound. The band was around long enough to release three albums, but never got much mainstream attention. I think the band was ahead of it's time and would have fared better if they came out a decade of so later. The song No Way Out from their self titled debut was a perfect punk rock song.
